How do I buy a collection?
Choose a collection, pay securely on The Sole Gallery, and the photographs unlock only after payment is confirmed.
Where will I find my purchases?
Your purchased collections appear in your private Buyer Dashboard, ready to view from your account.
What if something is wrong with my purchase?
Contact support if a collection is unavailable, faulty or not as described. Your legal rights are not affected.
What can a creator see about me?
Creators do not see your identity document, card number or billing details. They see only the information needed to fulfil the purchase.
For creators
Do I ever pay a buyer to receive money?
Never. A genuine buyer does not need a gift card, crypto payment, release fee or deposit from you.
What does selling cost?
The launch preview is Free at 20% per sale, or Gallery Plus at £7.99 a month with a 12% selling fee. Final prices will be confirmed before launch.
Can a subscription hold back my earnings?
No. Cancelling or changing a subscription must never be used to block money you have already earned. Payouts may still need normal account and safety checks.
Do I have to accept custom requests?
No. Custom requests are always optional. You choose your boundaries and can decline, block or report pressure without explaining yourself.
Safety, scams & verification
Who can use the marketplace?
Verified adults aged 18 or over. Identity checks are private, and sellers may use a display name publicly.
What are the clearest signs of a scam?
Requests for gift cards, crypto, release fees, off-site payment or an in-person meeting are warning signs. Stop, keep the evidence, block and report.
Will my ID appear on my profile?
No. Verification is handled privately by a specialist provider. Your public profile displays only the name and details you choose.
