Who may receive a seller listing
Sellers must be adults aged 18 or over, be legally able to enter this agreement and have an established account on an approved adult-friendly selling platform. A public display name may be used, but the seller may not impersonate another person or evade a restriction.
The Sole Gallery reviews the public external profile and proposed listing. It does not ask the seller to upload identity documents or banking information during the affordable directory pilot.
What sellers may display
Only tasteful, non-explicit, feet-focused profile material and protected previews are allowed. The seller must own the material or have every permission needed to display it. Every identifiable person shown must be a consenting adult.
Sellers must not submit nudity, genitals, explicit sexual content, content involving or appearing to involve a minor, stolen or non-consensual material, deceptive impersonation, unlawful material or another person’s private information.
A listed package must accurately describe what the approved external platform provides. Private contact, guaranteed custom content and alternative payment methods must not be promised through the directory.
Ownership and the directory’s limited permission
The seller keeps copyright and ownership. To operate the directory, the seller grants The Sole Gallery a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, protect, watermark, resize and display approved previews and chosen profile information.
The final agreement must define where, for how long and for which promotional channels this permission applies. It should end after listing removal except where limited retention is needed for a report, dispute, legal claim or law.
Visitors do not receive ownership or permission to copy, publish, resell or distribute preview material.
Packages, external subscriptions and money
Sellers may display up to three subscription packages and their genuine monthly prices. Every subscribe button must lead only to the approved external platform reviewed for that seller.
Founding directory listings are free and The Sole Gallery takes no selling commission. It does not collect buyer payments, hold earnings, issue refunds or distribute payouts.
A seller must never ask a visitor for a gift card, release fee, bank transfer, crypto payment or a different checkout link. The external platform’s own terms govern billing, cancellation, access, refunds and payout timing.
Seller and external-platform responsibilities
Sellers remain responsible for following their external platform’s rules, keeping package descriptions accurate and understanding any tax due on their earnings.
The seller must tell The Sole Gallery if the external profile, package, price or platform status changes. Specialist advice is required before deciding the directory operator’s final tax or reporting obligations.
Preview removal, listing action and leaving
A seller may request removal of a preview or directory listing. The Sole Gallery may pause or remove material reasonably believed to break the rules, infringe rights, contain an unsafe link or create legal risk.
Except where immediate action is necessary, the seller should receive a reason and a fair opportunity to respond. Removing a directory listing does not cancel subscriptions held on an external platform; those must be managed there.
