About these terms
These terms are intended to govern use of The Sole Gallery directory. The final version must identify its legal operator, trading address, contact email and any required company details.
The Sole Gallery introduces adult visitors to reviewed sellers of tasteful feet-only photography. It does not sell the photographs, process payments, provide paid-gallery access or distribute seller earnings. It is not a dating, escort or meet-up service.
Adults-only browsing
Visitors and listed sellers must be at least 18. Browsing does not require a buyer account during the directory pilot. A seller listing is manually reviewed against an established adult-friendly platform profile, but this is not a guarantee of conduct or a substitute for the external platform’s checks.
Nobody may impersonate another person, misrepresent a reviewed profile or return after a directory restriction using a different identity.
Feet-only directory rules
Allowed previews are tasteful, non-explicit and foot-focused. Nudity, genitals, explicit sexual content, sexual services, meet-ups, minors, uncertain age or consent, stolen content, harassment and deceptive content are prohibited.
Nobody may request gift cards, crypto, release fees, payout-unlock charges, private bank transfers or a different payment link. Visitors should use only the approved platform link displayed on the reviewed seller profile.

All purchases, digital access, receipts, billing support, refunds and disputes take place on the seller’s approved external platform under that platform’s terms. The Sole Gallery does not receive the buyer’s payment or card details.
Confirm the package, monthly amount, renewal timing, included content and cancellation method on the approved platform before paying. Never pay a separate fee sent by message.
Questions about a charge or access problem should first be raised through the external platform that processed it. Nothing in these directory terms removes legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Displayed subscription packages
A seller profile may describe Gallery, Premium and VIP packages. These descriptions are informational and must match what the approved external platform genuinely offers.
Recurring billing, cancellation and access are controlled by the external platform. The Sole Gallery must not be described as guaranteeing delivery, holding the payment or cancelling an external subscription.
Reports and directory action
The Sole Gallery may hide a preview, remove a link, pause a listing or remove a seller where reasonably necessary to protect visitors, investigate a concern, comply with law or enforce these rules.
Except where immediate action is required, a listed seller should receive the reason and a fair opportunity to respond. Illegal content or important evidence may be preserved and reported where legally required.
Ownership, links and legal rights
Sellers retain ownership of their original content. The directory receives only the limited permission described in the Seller Listing Agreement to display approved profile information and protected previews.
External links and services may change or become unavailable. Nothing here limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful or removes statutory consumer rights.
Complaints, contact and governing law
Visitors and sellers should have an accessible way to complain about a directory listing, link, moderation decision or privacy concern. Final contact details and response arrangements must be added before public launch.
The final agreement is intended to use the law of England and Wales while preserving mandatory UK protections. A solicitor must confirm the correct operator, jurisdiction and dispute wording.
